To wrap up the year, Tripwire lined up one great issue! Frank
Miller spoke exclusively to Tripwire about everything from the inevitable
Dark Knight Strikes Again, to censorship, the state of the industry, and
back again! Tripwire's 12-page Miller section, which, as well as the
interview itself, takes a look back at his career and gets quotes about Miller
from many of his industry contemporaries, and will showcase significant amounts
of his art, past, and present. Like the Alan Moore issue, this Miller special is
indispensable for the modern comics fan. Plus, Tripwire's revamp
continues, with the music replaced with more independent comics coverage, "10
Questions" with David Lapham, "Sounding Off" from Jim Krueger, "Outside the
Tent," "Le Charcuterie Mechanique," and the latest graphic novels and comics
reviewed. Plus, there's a look at what's coming up in 2002 from all of the major
publishers. (Tripwire Comics & Music) Magazine, 48pg, FC
