The Grasslands troops have been losing hope and despair because they declared cease fire with the Iron-heads, but in their direst moment Hugo returns with the crest of the "Flame Champion." Meanwhile, Chris returns from the Grasslands.  She explains her quest and shows her water crest on her hand.  Preparing her armor, she announces that the Zexen Federation has declared war against Harmonia.
