With no new TV series guaranteed by the BBC, Doctor Who's television voyages appeared to end in 1996. And yet the popularity of the program continues, fuelled by new productions on CD, independent video, books, and comics. This finial issue of In-Vision looks back and reviews the elements that have made Doctor Who such a firm favorite with fans all over the world.
