THIS ISSUE: Thanks to Wheeljack, Bumblebee, and mysterious e-mails all over the world, G.I.Joe finds the location of Cobra Island and a scout team is deployed with one goal in mind: bring Optimus Prime back online.  Meanwhile, the rest of the Joes gear up for a full on assault on the island, and they're bringing a piece of the ARK with them.  The only one able to save Cobra could be MEGATRON - but Cobra Commander will have to release him from his prison for that to happen
