Using human guinea pigs, an Iraqi scientist working in Mogadishu, Somalia develops a terrible biological weapon based on the Ebola virus. Upon seeing the horrible effects of his work, he has a change of heart and knows he cannot allow the ruthless Iraqi regime to unleash this lethal plague upon humanity. His only option is to defect with his entire family to the United States. Unfortunately, he is under close surveillance by Iraqi secret intelligence agents. Not a problem for the men of SPECWAR, who are handed the mission of spiriting the scientist and his family safely out o the country as well as destroying the laboratory and its deadly contents.
