A liquid natural gas ship is hijacked in New York City harbor by terrorists
who will detonate the cargo to which they had added deadly radioactive plutonium
thereby destroying all of lower Manhattan and poisoning the entire Metropolitan
area is their demands are not met. However, a newly formed U.S. Special
Operations team attacks the terrorists thwarting their plans with deadly
