The SPECWAR Team conducts a live-fire Capabilities Exercise (CAPEX)
demonstration for the President and First Lady. After the CAPEX the individual
Team members are introduced to the President and awarded medals for their
actions in thwarting the terrorist attack in Issue No.1. Returning to their
compound they continue training in a variety of tactical operations. During a
night on the town they avoid a barroom brawl and return to the base where they
are put on alert for another mission that will take place in Issue #3.
