Wonder Woman #15

Greg Rucka’s critically acclaimed run on Wonder Woman continues with a new story arc in “The Truth, part 1.” Wonder Woman #15 (NOV160270) finds Diana driven to the brink and mentally broken as her past and future have been revealed. Having witnessed fully how her life and history have been transformed, Diana has gone completely insane and must now use everything she has left to pull back from the brink. Daredevil #16

The hunt in on in the Big Apple, and in Daredevil #16 (NOV160786) Matt Murdock is the quarry! “The Seventh Day” starts now and there’s nowhere for Daredevil to hide as every contract killer in New York City wants his head. Matt is on the run from some of his most powerful enemies with a bounty big enough to pull even Bullseye out of hiding. But who is hunting Matt Murdock, and why? Totally Awesome Hulk #15

Greg Pak and Mahmud Asrar are putting together a team like none other in Totally Awesome Hulk #15 (NOV160791). Amadeus Cho is teaming up with Ms. Marvel, Shang Chi, and Silk as a new threat looms on the horizon. There’s only one problem – Amadeus doesn’t work well in teams. The Totally Awesome Hulk better learn what it takes to be a leader and fast as the “Big Apple Showdown” starts. As Cho welcomes a host of heroes to his side in New York City, it may be up to Silk, Ms. Marvel, and Shang-Chi to reign in Amadeus as the battle begins.

Loose Ends #1

A new Image Comics mini-series is coming to comic shops from the Eisner-winning writer Jason Latour with artists Chris Brunner and Rico Renzi in Loose Ends #1 (NOV160548). A gritty Southern crime drama as on Latour can write, Loose Ends is the story of Sonny Gibson and all of the misfortune that befalls him. Taking readers from the backwoods of the south to war-torn Baghdad, and even the blood-stained streets of south Florida; Loose Ends is a slow-burning crime noir steeped in southern style. 

Ladycastle #1

Novelist Delilah Dawson makes her way to comics with a series unlike any other in Ladycastle #1 (NOV161224). Joined by artist Ashely A. Woods, this new series from BOOM! Studios takes the traditional and turns it on its head. King Mancastle and all of his male knights have left the homestead on a mighty quest, leaving the women behind. But when the men get killed while a curse is laid on the castle, it’s up to the women to defend their home. As waves of monsters descend on the castle the women must learn how to fight, defend, and build – and quickly.
