𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦
When you place an order for a product, you are making a commitment that you will purchase this product from CHAOS POP. Everytime an Order arrives for you from the USA - you’ll receive a sms notification.
Due to recurring issues with late collections and unpaid for orders, we now require all customers to provide a valid credit card or direct debit banking details.
All customers are required to pay for the contents of their box no less than every 14 days, whether you can make it in to collect at the time or not.

If you would like to avoid your card being charged, please pay for your items within 14 days of their arrival.
Payment can be made in-store or over the phone.
Alternatively, you may choose pre-pay for your pre-orders/orders in full.
In which case, no card details or floating credit is required.

𝟭𝟰-𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗬𝗖𝗟𝗘
We require the acceptance of these terms and conditions which authorise CHAOS POP to use your credit card for billing purposes.
No bank/credit card charges will occur if orders are collected or paid for in-store or over the phone within 14 days.
After 14 days customers will receive an invoice listing the items that require immediate payment. Unless contacted, charges will be made no less than 24 hours after the sending of the invoice.
Chaos Pop guarantees that your credit card details will be kept secure and confidential and will only be used for the sole purpose of maintaining your order purchases. If an incorrect billing occurs, we will credit back the amount immediately upon notification.

𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗔𝗜𝗗 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗦
Paid for items will be set aside safely in your Pullbox, until you are able to pick them up or a mail out is arranged.
If you are unable to collect your order and prefer to have it mailed to you, we will charge you postage and send it out. If this is a regular occurrence, please consider changing to Mail Order, in which case you can choose either fortnightly or monthly delivery.

If any paid items have not been collected after a period of 3 months, we will post your items to the address we have on file and charge the postage to your credit card.
It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are up to date. (CHAOS POP will not be held responsible for orders sent to the incorrect address).


𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧 𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡
All customers are required to pay for their orders on a fortnightly basis to avoid suspension of their account.

In the event of a declined credit card or exhausted store credit, we will attempt to contact you to facilitate the payment and the decline will be noted against your account.

If this problem recurs on two further occasions, your future orders will be cancelled. Any unpaid items will be held for a period of 7 days before being returned to stock.

We regret that your standing order will NOT be reinstated.

𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚, 𝗗𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗗, 𝗥𝗘-𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗢𝗥 𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗦
Chaos Pop orders issues based on the quantity required to fill the demand, however on some occasions, issues have been known to arrive damaged or otherwise be not been packed correctly/at all from our suppliers. Such circumstances are beyond the control of Chaos Pop - However, these issues are reported to our suppliers who more-often-than not send replacement copies. While we cannot guarantee the request will be filled, replacement copies usually arrive up to 2-3 weeks after being reported.

Allocations occur when a publisher hasn’t made enough copies to fill the demand - and therefore our requested quantity was not filled. This is rare, but is known to occur from time to time. ‘Allocations may occur’ might appear in product notes - this means it might be a limited edition and the distributor may decide to allocate if the demand exceeds the amount available.
If you forgot to order an issue before it’s ‘Final Order Cut off’ we can try to re-order it for you - if copies remain.

If any issues cannot be supplied for the above reasons, Chaos Pop will attempt to source them elsewhere, however we do so as a courtesy. There is no guarantee of Chaos Pop being able to find the missing issue. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope the gap in your run can be filled - but regardless of this circumstance, the customer will remain responsible for the purchase of future issues ordered.

𝗠𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗜𝗣𝗟𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗣𝗜𝗘𝗦
If you would like multiple copies of an issue, we politely request that you place your order prior to final order cut-off. In the interest of giving everyone a fair chance to find and collect the issues they desire and to stop scalping - we have a strict one per customer rule for shelf copies..

𝗨𝗦𝗔 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡
Pullbox users and catalog readers will notice all prices are listed as in USD.
The most common price conversions are:
3.99 usd = 8.95 aud (pre-order price = $8.06 aud)
4.99 usd = 10.95 aud (pre-order price = $9.85 aud)
5.99 usd = 12.85 (pre-order price = $11.57)
