Groundwork of Evangelion series looks at the series from a new perspective, that of the sketches and character designs that served as the conceptual basis for the series.
Volume 1 looks at the series' opening titles and episodes 1, 2, 5, 7, and 8.
Volume 2 presents concept art and sketches from episodes 9, 13 through 16, and 18 through 20.
Volume 3 focuses on the artwork from episodes 20 through 26. No fan of
