Ghostbusters: Afterlife Trailer Materializes

Following a teasing photo spread in Vanity Fair, Sony Pictures has released the first trailer for Ghostbusters: Afterlife, the latest chapter in the undying film franchise starring Paul Rudd (Avengers: Endgame), Carrie Coon (The Leftovers), Finn Wolfhard (Stranger Things) and Mckenna Grace (Captain Marvel).
When a single mom and her two kids arrive in a small town, they begin to discover their connection to the original Ghostbusters and the secret legacy their grandfather left behind.
The film is directed by Jason Reitman, son of original Ghostbusters films director Ivan Reitman. The surviving stars from those movies — Bill Murray, Ernie Hudson, Dan Aykroyd and Sigourney Weaver — will also appear in the new one.
The film opens on July 10, 2020.
