Van Sciver Covers Overstreet #48

The Flash: Rebirth and Green Lantern artist Ethan Van Sciver has provided the main cover for The Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide #48 (APR181581), which is featured in the April 2018 edition of PREVIEWS .
The Flash/Green Lantern cover will be available in both softcover and hardcover. The $29.95 softcover will be available in comic shops, traditional bookstores, and from online booksellers, while the $35.00 hardcover will be available exclusively from comic shops.
Scheduled to go on sale on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 in comic shops, The Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide #48 features new prices, new feature articles, new additions to the Overstreet Hall of Fame, new market reports, and more.
This edition also includes a look at Marvel’s critical 1968 expansion, the 50th anniversary of Planet of the Apes, and a bit of Action Comics history from former DC President and Publisher Paul Levitz.
Van Sciver joins a long list of comic book greats who have covered the Guide. From Joe Kubert, Will Eisner, and Carl Barks to Alex Ross, Walter Simonson, and Amanda Conner, covering The Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide has been the exclusive purview of the field’s top artists. Wally Wood, Al Williamson, Murphy Anderson, Carmine Infantino, Joe Simon, C.C. Beck, John K. Snyder III, Joe Jusko, and Mike Deodato, Jr. are among the other luminaries whose work has been featured.

The softcover carries a $29.95 cover price, while the hardcover retails for $35. Other covers for this edition will also be announced.
