We just referenced 80s horror movies earlier, and now it seems that we're stuck in reverse! Which is actually a good thing if you're a horror fan, because NOTHING out there today comes close to the intensity of the 80s slasher/horror movies when they were at their peak during the VHS revolution. Yes, we're going back to a time when movies like Friday the 13th and Halloween were all the rage, and dozens of films spewed forth from Hollywood to capitalize on that feeding frenzy at the box office. Stan Winston's Pumpkinhead was one of those films that caught on quick for horror buffs, and fan-favorite actor Lance Henriksen helped catapult the movie to near-cult status.
