Venom Film Shows off First Cast Photo on Twitter

The first photo from the upcoming Venom solo film hit the internet as the movie's Twitter feed showed off star Tom Hardy relaxing with the cast and crew. While not much is known about the film, this photo does confirm that Tom Hardy has been cast as the title character Eddie Brock aka Venom. Hardy joins Riz Ahmed, Michelle Williams, and Reid Scott in the film directed by Ruben Fleischer with a script by Scott Rosenburg and Jeff Pinkner.
The untitled Venom solo film is set to reach theaters on October 5, 2018.
