NYCC 2017: Opening Night Rocks The House

Article Image 039a

Opening night rocked the house for New York Comic Con. Publishers, vendors, cosplayers, shoppers all came together on the first day of the show and let out all the stops to have a great time celebrating comics culture.

The attendance was through the roof. In the newly arranged Artist's Alley, it was packed. Slammed! And we saw plenty of people having the time of their lives patronizing artists, writers, and entrepreneurs.

Your PREVIEWSworld crew had a lot to do on the first day, including running our booth, showing off our exclusives, and interviewing people like Ed Piskor, Marguerite Bennett, and Geraldo Borges to name a few. You'll be seeing those interviews sooner than later.  But for now we'll just leave you with a few images to show you the excitement and fun that people had at the Javits Convention Center on Thursday night.

Friday is going to be even bigger.
