John Lewis' March Continues to Make History

March Book One (JUN131298) the first volume in a planned trilogy depicting Rep. John Lewis' experiences as a member of the Big Six leaders of the Civil Rights movement — made a huge impact on the comics and publishing worlds, earning massive critical praise as well as being named a Coretta Scott King Honor Book, and being assigned as required reading at Michigan State and Marquette Universities.

The follow-up graphic novel, March Book Two (NOV141657) looks to equal (if not surpass) its predecessor, having earned widespread media coverage and positive reviews since its release.

To support this historic series, IDW/Top Shelf will also launch a super-sized hardcover edition (DEC150513). Plus, this year's FCBD features a FCBD MARCH Trilogy Sampler (JAN160046) from Top Shelf as one of the silver books!

On Monday, Martin Luther KingJrDay, January 18, The Diane Rehm Show will be re-running their hour-long interview with Congressman John Lewis & Andrew Aydin, which airs on NPR and Sirius Satellite Radio.

PREVIEWS Prevue: Cullen Bunn's The Brothers Dracul From AfterShock

“I'm thrilled to be working on BROTHERS DRACUL, a 15th century horror tale that explores the "true" history of the infamous Vlad the Impaler. With this book, we've brought the entire creative team of UNHOLY GRAIL along. I'm working with artist Mirko Colak, colorist Maria Santaolalla, and letterer Simon Bowland once again. We had so much fun telling a horror story with King Arthur as its central figure, we had to get the gang back together for this story, featuring one of the most shocking icons of horrific history!” -Cullen Bunn
