~ The Military Orders ~
The PanOceanian Military Order Sectorial Armies have definitively arrived on Infinity battlefields! With the recent release of the Military Order Sectorial Starter Pack, and the Magister Knights unit box, all PanOceanian players have reason to celebrate as their tactical and gaming options are enriched with this new sub-army, legal to play in the Infinity Tournament System. The Military Orders are a new Sectorial Army for PanOceania, a small thematic army of PanOceanian troops that can be played independently of the generic PanOceanian army.
~ Miles Christi ~
The Military Orders are the armed wing of the Church, created to gain more influence in the PanOceanian body politic by acting as a reinforcement for the PanOceanian Military Complex. There are several Orders, each operating inside the PanOceanian armed forces both as an integrated unit and also as a different Sectorial Army, performing quite distinct military functions.

The Order of the Hospital: The most powerful of the Orders, with the best reputation among the general public thanks to its hospitals, which are protected by its sub-order, the Order of Saint Lazarus. The task of rescuing captives is specialized in another Hospitaller sub-order, the Order of Mercy.
The Order of Santiago: This space-based Order reinforces the PanOceanian Armada. Experts in outer space and orbital operations, their well-known bravery sees them take the lead in boarding and high risk missions
The Teutonic Ordensstaat: Deployed to Paradiso, this Order fights in the front line against the forces of the alien Combined Army. The most fanatical of all Orders, Teutons consider warfare as their primary job. It has a small sub-order, the Order of Dobrzyń, a security force which protects the Teutons’ supply lines.
The Order of Montesa: Based on the planet Acontecimento, this Order specializes in mobile and mechanized operations. The Knights of Montesa always act in the front line, operating in the vanguard and acting as the spearhead for assault forces.
The Order of the Holy Sepulchre: Created to protect planet Earth and its Holy Places, this is an elite Order composed of the best knights in the Church. The Knights of the Holy Sepulchre stand out among the other Orders due to their amazing fighting skills.
~ Composing A Military Order Army List ~
Magister Knights and Haramaki are both mainly Close Combat units, so you have to move their Fireteams as fast as possible to reach the enemy and destroy him. The first step to create a Sectorial Army list made up of the soldiers of God is to choose the Order you prefer. This will provide you not only with a background for your army and a color pattern, but also an enhanced AVA for one kind of Knight. But don’t worry, you are not limited to one single type of knight. To create higher versatility you can take 2 Confrere Knights, the name given to allied Knights belonging to different Orders.
However, when you say Sectorial Army, you mean Infinity Fireteams: the great advantage of these small armies. The Military Orders have their special possibilities to create these tactical teams.
In an army list of the Military Order of Santiago or of the Hospital you can make the Fireteam “combo” of Joan of Arc plus Knights of Santiago or the Hospitallers. This special “combo” allows these knights to make a 5 member Fireteam, which provides the highly desired +3 Modifier to BS. When linking Joan of Arc with Knights of Santiago you can get more Spitfires by spending fewer SWC points. With the Order of the Hospital, when linking her with the Hospitallers you can take the HMG option, which increases the range of Joan of Arc 2.0’s Spitfire.
In the Teutonic Ordensstaat, a highly mobile Fireteam of Teuton Knights is cheaper and faster, with an aggressive profile, but not as tough and resistant as the other Orders. Apart from this, the cost/ effectiveness ratio is outstanding, making the Teutons an efficient and optimized troop. The Magister Knights are the most fanatical Knights insideeach Order, devoted to melee fighting. They comprise very cheap Fireteams of Heavy Infantry troopers and they are the best Fireteam option for those Orders that cannot link their own Knights (Montesa, Holy Sepulchre). When the Magisters are linked, their Missile Launcher, enhanced with Burst 2, can do a lot of damage to the enemy. And combined with the other Orders, they can be the replacement unit for the main Fireteam, or just a good option on which to spend the last points of the army. In that situation, let them advance, trusting in their Hyper-Dynamic Special Skill to reach the enemy.
The Seraph is the T.A.G. of the Military Orders. It has been conceived to reign supreme in medium and close combat. The Seraph has to run across the battlefield, but its Spitfire can turn the tide rapidly and, when it is within range to perform synchronized attacks with its Auxbot, then there is no way to escape from their combined firepower.
The Order Sergeants and their Specialists are the backbone of the army. They provide more tactical options (Visors, infiltration capability…) but they can also compose Fireteams - don’t forget this if things go badly and the spearhead of your force is broken.
The Orders Reserve of your army can be filled out with Fusiliers, which provide cheap Orders. Support troops such as the varied and useful PanOceanian Remotes, the Trauma-Docs, and Machinists, are also available for this Sectorial Army.
The Military Orders make for very, very aggressive armies, with exceptionally tough Fireteams. Compared with other PanOceanian Sectorial Armies, they have less tactical variety and high tech options, but the Military Orders are the best option to choose when PanOceania just wants to sweep the enemy from the battlefield!
