Staff Picks (October 12): True Blood Volume1 HC

The first collection of IDW’s True Blood ongoing series comes to us in this hardcover just in time for the holidays. Sunday nights at 9PM I’m glued to my TV for the newest episode of True Blood and it’s for one reason – I love the show. Unfortunately I was late to this particular party so I played catch-up on past seasons while enjoying the fifth season. Now that the show is on hiatus until next summer, the ongoing series from IDW will be the perfect fit to my now-empty Sunday nights. This hardcover is sure to be full of excitement and adventure with all my favorite characters from Bon Temps. I know what’s on my wish list for this Christmas.
