An heir to a martial arts dynasty tries to stop an impending civil war in Japan. The struggle for the antidote for Koushi and Momoko's poison continues as Tenka succeeds in defeating his younger brother Tenchi. When Tenrei attempts to execute his step-brothers, Sanae steps in to save the day, clad in her special uniform. Next, Iroha and Hanzou square off against Tenton, but are helpless against her incredible power. Their lives are spared, however when Momoko intercedes to fight in their place.
