GODZILLA 12IN SER GODZILLA 1984 VER PX FIG (APR158698, $160.00) 

 Return of Godzilla (a.k.a. Godzilla 1985i n the U.S.) Was the sixteenth film in Toho's Godzilla series, and was the beginning of a rebooted series of films, ignoring all of the films from 1955's Godzilla Raids Again through 1975's Terror of Mechagodzilla. The film, which was a direct sequel to the original 1954 film, Godzilla, was produced to coincide with Godzilla's 30th anniversary, and returned the series to the darker themes and mood of some of the early films, returning Godzilla to his old destructive ways as well. This 12" scale figure captures the Kaiju King's new look from the film. 

GODZILLA 12IN SER GODZILLA 1989 PX FIG VS BIOLLANTE VER (APR158699, $230.00)

Godzilla vs. Biollante is the second film in the new era of Godzilla films, released in 1989. In the film, Godzilla battles an enornmous plant kaiju named Biollante, who was created by a scientist using cells from Godzilla himself! The story concept was found in a contest where the producers solicited ideas for the film from Japanese fans. Over 5,000 story ideas were submitted, and the winning entry that was selected was from Shinichiro Kobayashi, a dentist and occasional science fiction writer. Director Kazuki Omori then adapted it into the film's script! This 12" scale figure depicts Godzilla as he appeared in the film, his first in the new era to feature an opponent.

PLEX and master sculptor Yuji Sakai are teaming up again to bring you yet another fantastic Godzilla vinyl! Based on Godzilla's appaearance in the 1992 film Godzilla and Mothra Battle for Earth, this figure stands about 10" tall and 14" long!

GODZILLA 12IN SER GODZILLA 1992 BATTLE FOR EARTH VER PX FIG (APR158701, $160.00) 

In 1992, one of Toho's most popular kaiju, Mothra, returned for the new era in Godzilla vs. Mothra! No longer an allies, the kaiju once again clashed as they had done some many years earlier in 1964's Godzilla vs. The Thing.  Directed by Takao Okawara with special effects by Koichi Kawakita, the 19th Godzilla film remains the highest grossing film of the entire Godzilla series, and featured a soundtrack score by legendary composer Akira Ifukube. 

GODZILLA 12IN SER GODZILLA 1991 PX FIG VS GHIDORAH VER (APR158700, $230.00) 

Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah was released in 1991, and was the first film in Toho's new era of films to feature a kaiju from the previous era - King Ghidorah. Directed by Kazuki Omori and featuring special effects by Koichi Kawakita, the film was the eighteenth installment of the Godzilla series and was one of the most popular entries in the series. Godzilla's evolution continues in this film, as the King of the Monsters continues to get bigger, bulkier, and more powerful.

Making its debut in 1999's Godzilla 2000: Millennium, Godzilla sported a new look with a design by Yuji Sakai and Shinichi Wakasa, one with a more pointed snout and red, fiery dorsal spines. Measuring an impressive 18" long from snout to tail, this is a magnificent recreation of the kaiju!
