This year saw the rise in popularity of Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid thanks to the anime series that ran in early 2017. Fans of the series can soon get their hands on a new spin-off from Seven Seas Entertainment, Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: Kanna’s Everyday Life (OCT171791). True to its title, this story focuses on the fan-favorite dragon Kanna, who has left her otherworldly home to find her fellow dragon Tohru. She found herself adopted by Tohru and her human companion, Miss Kobayashi, and now readers get a taste of her life as an elementary school student trying to make new friends. Can Kanna learn to adjust to the human world as a dragon?

Nameless Asterism Volume 1 GN

A charming new romance series is heading our way thanks to Seven Seas – Nameless Asterism (OCT171793)! Tsukasa, Nadeshiko, and Mikage have been inseparable since they began junior high, but Tsukasa has a secret she's been keeping from her best friends - she actually has a big crush on Nadeshiko! Junji Ito is the absolute master of horror manga, known for his work that includes the likes of Uzumaki, Tomie and Gyo. A new group of stories is headed our way thanks to Viz Media, and it’s called Shiver (OCT171949)! This volume includes nine of Junji Ito's best short stories, as selected by the author himself and presented with accompanying notes and commentary. An arm is peppered with tiny holes dangles from a sick girl's window. After an idol hangs herself, balloons bearing faces appear in the sky, some even featuring your own face. And an amateur film crew hires an extremely individualistic fashion model and faces a real bloody ending. An offering of nine fresh nightmares for the delectation of horror fans!

Splatoon Manga Volume 1 GN

Splatoon has turned into one of the biggest surprise hits for Nintendo since the first game released on the Wii U. The quirky shooter has players controlling Inklings, who seek to win Turf Wars by shooting their team’s ink all over the playing field! Now, the fun and colorful world of Splatoon will be available as a manga in English thanks to Viz. The first volume of Splatoon (OCT171964) follows the exploits of Goggle-kun, Headphones-chan, Knit Cap-chan and Glasses-kun as they team up to win a Turf War for themselves!

So I’m A Spider, So What Volume 1 GN

Yen Press takes supernatural shenanigans to new places with the first volume of So I’m A Spider, So What? (OCT171994) The story follows a girl who mysteriously wakes up in a place she’s never been before, having turned into a spider. How can something so small possibly survive in the worst dungeon ever? It’s up to her to find out why and how this happened to her and how she can escape the dungeon!
