Robert Kirkman Writing New Comic Series 'Oblivion Song'

From the Creator of the Walking Dead, Robert Kirkman, and visionary artist, Lorenzo De Felici, comes a new monthly series: Oblivion Song.

Image Comics/Skybound Entertainment kicked off New York Comic Con by announcing the new comic.

“I wanted to do something that was apocalyptic in a sense, but also not. So, I like to think that we’re creating a new genre that’s like apocalyptic adjacent,” said Kirkman in an interview with Entertainment Weekly.

A decade ago 300,000 citizens of Philadelphia were suddenly lost in Oblivion. The government made every attempt to recover them but after many years they gave up. Nathan Cole… won’t. He makes daily trips, risking his life to try and rescue those lost, alone and afraid, living in the apocalyptic hellscape of Oblivion. But maybe… Nathan is looking for something else? Why can’t he resist the siren call of the Oblivion Song?

Oblivion Song #1 arrives in comic shops on March 7th, 2018! Look for it in a future issue of PREVIEWS!
