Mech Cadet Yu #1

Greg Pak and Takeshi Miyazawa are teaming up again for a new four issue mini-series from BOOM! Studios in Mech Cadet Yu #1 (JUN171288). Fans of giant robots won’t be disappointed as this all-ages adventure shows its love for classic anime like Giant Robo and modern classics like Iron Giant. The story center around a yearly event as giant robots from space descend to Earth and bond with young elite Sky Corps Academy cadets to save the world, but this year there’s been a mistake. When the wrong kid gets picked to save the Earth, who knows what might happen!
