Sneak Peek: "The World of The Witcher" From Dark Horse Comics

If you're an avid gamer, chances are you've heard about or already played The Witcher medieval fantasy game, based on the same-titled book series. This month, Dark Horse has released an illustrated companion to the game with The World of The Witcher HC (OCT140122). A lack of black-and-white morality seeps into the lush original full-color artwork throughout this book, which depicts a dull, dead, dreary world offering little hope for travelers navigating through landscapes ripe with monsters.

It doesn't matter which camera-style view you're partial to, or which fighting style you favor, it all comes down to this: you will be put in the shoes of Geralt of Rivia, and made to jorney through treacherous terrain that introduces you to the nature of witcher-work.
