Are You Experienced Like Resurrectionists?

According to press on the Dark Horse web site, to get the goods on what Fred Van Lente’s Resurrectionists is about is to look at a heist that’s three thousand years in planning, and then observe how if those planning it can pull it off (the Resurrectionists) they will have unlocked the past…which allows them to fight the future.

How’s that for a head trip?

It shouldn’t come as too much of a shock, though, if you’re familiar with the work of Fred Van Lente. This is a guy who has given us stories for Marvel Zombies, Archer & Armstrong, and Brain Boy: The Men from G.E.S.T.A.L.T., so to say that he has an active imagination is an understatement.

Resurrectionists is his first ongoing creator-owned series, and its illustrated by artists Maurizio Rosenzweig (Clown Fatale) and Moreno Dinisio (Dead Body Road), with covers from Juan Doe (G.I. Joe). The story centers on Jericho Way, who is an architect-turned-thief that finds himself framed, and then further finds his life complicated when he learns that he has the ability to remember his past lives, and then become them. Possibilities are endless, no? That’s why there’s two camps who want his services exclusively.

And that’s why the life of Jericho Way isn’t going to get any easier for a very long time.
