Hellboy Faces A Chilly Reception In Hellboy And The B.P.R.D.: 1954
Jun 27, 2016
The arctic wastes have fascinated explorers for centuries. Many an expedition has challenged the glaciers and ice that lay at the top of the world, and many an expedition has failed in the sub-zero, inhospitable conditions.
Hellboy and his fellow agents of the Bureau of Paranormal Research and Defense become entangled in a Cold War-era arctic expedition in the new Hellboy and the B.P.R.D.: 1954 — Black Sun, coming from Dark Horse Comics this September.
When a research outpost is attacked, Hellboy and the team are sent into the frozen wastes, and there they will battle creatures unlike any they have ever seen!
Written by Mike Mignola and Chris Roberson, with art by Stephen Green, Hellboy and the B.P.R.D.: 1954 — Black Sun will pit Hellboy and his allies against an unstoppable foe in an inhospitable landscape, where rescue is impossible, safety is limited, and escape from the creeping terror depends more on wits and guile than brute force!
Look for Hellboy and the B.P.R.D.: 1954 — Black Sun #1 (JUL160096) from Dark Horse Comics in the Premier Comics section of the July PREVIEWS catalog!
