Mark Waid Is Thrillbent On His New Empire Rising

Mark Waid has a lot to be happy about. It’s been a year since the events of the original Empire, and much has changed for Golgoth, the first supervillain to conquer the world. Can he hold onto his reign – and does he even want to? We're about to find out, as the IDW/Thrillbent partnership begins with the debut of Empire Uprising #1 (FEB150345), which continues the story of Golgoth, the most marked man in the universe.
