Press Start: Minecraft Comes To Life At Comic Shops

Four years ago a little game called Minecraft went from relatively unknown indie hit to a massively popular cultural phenomenon. Now the November PREVIEWS is offering a plethora of Minecraft collectibles for fans of all ages. Whether your into papercraft or plush toys, there’s sure to be a must have collectible for any Minecraft fan.

Assassin's Creed and Halo Action Figures, Statues and More!

Fresh on the release of the new Assassin’s Creed IV: Blackflag comes some high end collectibles for fans of the series. First up is the Assassin’s Creed IV: Edward Kenway Resin Statue from McFarlane Toys. This highly detailed statue faithfully reproduces the look of Edward Kenway, showcasing the character’s new weapons and skills through a highly detailed resin model.

And Square Enix is inviting both Connor and his grandfather Edward Kenway into the Play Arts Kai line with two high quality action figures. Both figures feature multiple points of articulation and many different accessories to really capture the look and feel of these two legendary characters.

McFarlane Toys is also bringing a Halo 4: Master Chief Resin Statue into the mix featuring a highly detailed, hand-painted, cold-cast resin Master Chief rising from the Wreckage of the Forward Unto Dawn. Standing approximately 12” tall, this statue limited to only 1,000 pieces worldwide is a must have collectible for any Halo fan.

And from threeA! comes the Halo Reach – A239 Emile Spartan-III 1/6-scale figure. This incredibly detailed and articulated figure features the likeness of the brutish fan favorite Spartan, Emile. This recreation of the popular warrior boasts fiber optic illuminated combat armor, magnetized shoulder shields, and a rubberized suit over a fully articulated body. And finally, for fans of Team Fortress 2 threeA! is also bringing the Robot Heavy to life with another high quality fully posable 12” tall figure. The Robot Heavy figure available in both red and blue incarnations boasts more than 30 points of articulation, illuminated LED eyes, and the Heavy’s signature minigun.
