At the same time Dr. Krallman and his partner Goyo are planning the first heart transplant from an ape to a human in the effort to save Julio, the son of the doctor. After doing the operation, Julio's scalp begins to change and becomes the head of an ape. Julio escapes the lab and begins to terrorize the whole neighborhood committing a series of crimes.
