Man's dream of walking on the moon came true on July 20, 1969, when Neil Armstrong and Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin set foot on the lunar surface. While the Command and Service modules brought them to their destination, the Lunar module made mankind's "giant leap" a reality. This set contains three kits representing the Command, Service, and Lunar modules. The Lunar module comes with interior details and the top section of the Saturn Launch Vehicle. Includes seated, standing and fully equipped astronaut figures; an Eagle lunar display base and authentic Apollo decals.
