Titan Ties Into TV's Penny Dreadful

Showtime's top-rated original series Penny Dreadful has captivated audiences with its reimagining of the characters of gothic and penny dreadful literature of the 1900s.

Now Titan ties into the TV smash series with Penny Dreadful #1 (MAR161722).

Written by screenwriter Kyrsty Wilson-Cairns, this series serves as a prequel to the first season, revealing the terrifying events that led Vanessa Ives to try and find her missing childhood friend, Mina Harker.

The problem with Vanessa's search is that she has no idea where her curiosity will take her.

Little does she know that her path takes her into hell, as the investigation leads her to discover monstrous vampires infesting Victorian London!

This new series features characters from the TV show, including Vanessa Ives (Eva Green), Sir Malcolm Murray (Timothy Dalton), Sembene (Danny Sapani), and Mina Harker (Olivia Llewellyn)!

Fans will have the opportunity to choose from six different cover versions, just in time before Season Three of the show kicks off on Showtime May 1!
