Have you ever wondered if it was possible to stop a storm in its tracks? Well in Brainstorm, that is exactly what they figured out -- at least that’s what they thought!
A group of scientists, funded by the military to develop a way to control storms and prevent them from happening, release experimental nanites into the vortex of a tornado to stop it immediately. When the military finds out this works they fire the outside group and take matters into their own hands. Little do they know the really don’t know what they are doing with this new technology.
