Originally published in French, Abelard has been translated into English and is being offered in the July catalog of PREVIEWS through NBM Publishing. Full of adorable characters and delightful humor, Abelard is successful in holding my interest through the entire book, despite looking like a children’s book, but not being an all-ages title. I can certainly appreciate the fact the translations have been done smoothly and the English version translated well from the French version and nothing is amiss.
