Lizzie Kaye: Currently I’m working on our Assassins’ Creed series, the new Templars series, our new Penny Dreadful series, and putting things in motion for a couple of very exciting mini series’ we have coming later in the year under the Assassin’s Creed  line. On the Euro side of things, I just got the translation for the first volume of MONIKA by Thilde Barboni and Guillem March, a stunning book out later this spring. Also sending the next instalments of the Lone Sloane and Sky Doll series out into the world, which is great.

PREVIEWSworld: How long have you been working with sequential art? What titles, companies, and creators have you worked with over your time in comics?

Lizzie Kaye: I’ve been in this industry in some capacity for six years now, previously with SelfMadeHero, and just over a year now at Titan. Stand out titles for me have been The Nikopol Trilogy, Snowpiercer 3, which I absolutely loved, and, of course, everything Assassin’s Creed. The team on those titles are a pleasure to work with, on the Assassin’s, Anthony Del Col and Conor McCreery are so full of fantastic ideas, and Neil Edwards is turning in some absolutely gorgeous work, with Ivan Nunes on colours.  I can’t wait for the Templars to hit the shelves as Fred Van Lente and Dennis Calero have created something truly special. I’m really proud of what we’re  doing and so grateful to have such enthusiastic, intelligent and talented teams on the books.

PREVIEWSworld: How do you want to see women represented in comic books 10 years from now?

Lizzie Kaye: Hopefully gender will be completely irrelevant in 10 years time.

PREVIEWSworld: If you could give advice to any aspiring editors, executives, writers, or artists, what would you tell them?

Lizzie Kaye: Read, read, read and learn how to use the Adobe Creative Suite!
