When Mikoto is crippled during an operation, she is saved at the last moment by the sudden appearance of a masked vigilante. But rescue isn't on this black-clad beauty's mind - she looking for revenge. In her injured state, Mikoto can do little to protect the toadies who just moments ago were her assailants, and not every crime fighter shares Black Label's scruples. But more than her methods, this vigilante's identity proves to be a terrible shock to Mikoto.
